The actions of police violate multiple constitutional rights:
- Article 26 – Right to life
- Article 28 – Right to dignity
- Article 29(f) – Protection from cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment
- Article 37 – Right to peaceable assembly
- Article 50(2)(a) – Presumption of innocence and right to a fair trial
- Article 244(c) – Obligation of police to respect human rights
We shall not rest until justice is served.
