Dancun Onsongo (also spelled Duncan Onsongo) was a 26‑year‑old fruit vendor from Amabuko sub‑location in Kisii County. He was reported missing on 2 July 2024, after participating in youth-led protests in Mlolongo, Machakos County.
Disappearance & Discovery
Onsongo was last seen in Mlolongo on 2 July 2024 as the protests spread beyond Nairobi. His family searched hospitals and police stations for days.
